Quality Control Supervisor

Job Overview

We are looking for a Quality Control Supervisor to check the quality of our products before they are packed and sent out. You will lead a small team and make sure everything meets the right standards and is safe for use.

Key Responsibilities

• Check raw materials and finished products to make sure they meet quality standards.
• Follow company rules for quality and safety.
• Work with the production team to fix any quality problems.
• Train workers on how to keep quality high.
• Keep records of inspections and report any issues.
• Make sure the products are safe and ready for export.

Skills and Qualifications

• Graduation in science or a related subject.
• At least 3 years of experience in quality control work.
• Basic knowledge of food safety standards like HACCP or ISO.
• Good at spotting small issues and solving problems.
• Can guide and manage a small team.
